Thursday 8/21/2008, The Fair opened under clear sunny skies, with temperatures in the upper seventies. A massive crowd attended the fair, and once again all available parking was utilized. A Park & Ride at the flea market was provided with a shuttle bus to and from the fairgrounds, but only 7 vehicles took advantage of the situation with reduced admissions at the Park & Ride gate. Events held on Thursday were the WYRY derby ticket give aways, Truck Pull, and the Talent Show.
Friday 8/22/2008, The Fair opened under clear sunny skies, with temperatures in the lower 80s. A good sized rowd attended the fair, mostly to attend this year's new event, the Children's Lawn Mower Pull. Friday's events included Exhibit Halls opened, Children's Lawn Mower Pull, and an Ox Pull
 
Saturday 8/23/2008, The Fair opened under clear sunny skies, with comfortable temperatures which climbed into the mid 80s in the afternoon. A great crowd attended the fair, from beginning to end. A second Bracelet Frenzy where fairgoers could purchase a bracelet for $20 (tax included), and ride all of the ride from 3-7PM.  Events held on Saturday were the Horse Show, Horse Draw/Pull, Exhibit Halls, Cattle Judging, Children's Old Fashioned Games, Pie Eating Contest, and Saw Contest.
Sunday 8/24, 2008 The Fair opened undler clear skies with comfortable temperatures that climbed into the mid 80s in teh afternoon. A less than typical crowd attended fair and Demolition Derby this year which included a vehicle roll over. The derby and the fair ended at about 3:30 PM.
